Dell: back in the good books!
I have to say that I am quite pleased with the support I received from Dell regarding my m1330 laptop. I stated in a previous post that I had a few issues with the way the [sub-contracted] Dell tech put my laptop reassembled my laptop after a motherboard replacement. I called Dell on Monday and complained to them. The first person I spoke to wasn’t much help so I spoke to a manager. They decided to ship me a box so I could send my laptop to their service depot. The box arrived at my door 9am the next morning (Tuesday). I decided to ship the laptop out around 3pm on Wednesday, and I just received it back this morning (Friday)! All of the issues were fixed and I am happy with the speedy service!
